Plato Fountidakis is a highly accomplished media professional, entrepreneur, and multi-disciplinary creative with more than 28 years of experience across production, technology, and the entertainment industry. He is an entrepreneurial film and television producer, performer, and acclaimed video game motion capture (mocap) action specialist, with a distinguished career spanning multiple sectors of the global media landscape.

He first gained experience as a highly respected fight and stunt coordinator, establishing himself as one of the industry’s leading action specialists alongside his business partner. This foundation has informed his dynamic approach to storytelling, performance, and production across film, television, gaming, and emerging media.

As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Fast Motion Studios, an independent new media technology company, Plato has played a pivotal role in delivering state-of-the-art previsualization and motion capture services to clients across gaming, film, television, and digital platforms. Under his leadership, the company has become a recognized innovator in advanced media technology and visual storytelling, serving a global client base.

He also serves as Managing Partner of Fast Motion Films, an independent production company focused on developing and producing compelling content across film, television, and digital platforms. The company’s work is distinguished by its strong storytelling and commitment to leveraging cutting-edge production techniques.

In addition, Plato is a Managing Partner at Clever Creature, an independent international sales and distribution company. Formed by a team of seasoned industry executives, the company brings a versatile and strategic approach to the entertainment ecosystem, focusing on the curation, marketing, and global distribution of high-quality content.

Paul Rapovski: Managing partner

 Paul is an entrepreneurial film and TV producer, actor, and acclaimed video game motion capture (mocap) action specialist, who has built a distinguished career spanning multiple entertainment sectors.
He first gained international recognition as a highly respected fight and stunt coordinator, carving out a reputation for himself as one of the industry's top action specialists.

After establishing a base in Hong Kong, Paul became a marquee star with-in the Asia Pacific Region. His rising prominence in the region enabled him to forge vital pre-sales and financing relationships in key global markets, including Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Europe. His ability to connect global markets and secure funding has made him a trusted figure in international film and TV production.

Paul is known for brokering high-value international partnerships at major film and TV markets. Notably, he facilitated the German equity funding for the first season of the Starhunter TV series, showcasing his expertise in cross-border financing and distribution.

In the world of video games, Paul provided essential motion-capture action elements for several leading electronic game companies, including Microsoft, EA, and Ubisoft, contributing to the immersive action experiences in some of the industry's most anticipated titles.

As Co-Founder & Managing Partner of FAST Motion Studios, Paul helped create one of the most unique motion capture and technology studios in Canada. The studio is renowned for pushing the boundaries of technology in both film and video game production, elevating the quality of motion-capture performance to new heights.

Paul's pre-eminence in the entertainment industry has allowed him to build strong relationships with key executives and creators. His entrepreneurial vision led him to take on the role of Managing Partner at Ignition Media & Entertainment, a production company focused on creating high-scale content with a strong emphasis on storytelling and cutting-edge production techniques. Building on his vast experience in media production, Paul has now launched Fast Motion Films, a new venture designed to bring fresh and innovative media productions to a global audience, while driving international sales interest. Paul is also a Managing Partner at Fast Motion Films which serves as a catalyst for creating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences worldwide.

Jonathan soon-shiong: Chief Executive STRATEGIST | Executive Producer

Jonathan is an accomplished CEO with decades of experience spanning software, media, strategy, business development, and executive leadership. With a strong foundation in investment banking, he has a proven track record of guiding organizations through complex financial landscapes, driving sustainable growth, and fostering innovation across multiple industries.

He currently serves as Executive Producer (EP) and Chief Executive Strategist (CES) at Fast Motion Studios and Fast Motion Films, where he helps shape bold, genre-defining content and oversees strategic direction across development and production. He is also a Partner at Clever Creature, an independent sales and distribution company specializing in international content marketing and sales. In addition, Jonathan remains CEO of Ignition Media & Entertainment Inc., where he leads the development of cutting-edge content and forward-thinking entertainment strategies. He also serves on the Board of the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion, contributing to the advancement of inclusive practices across Canadian business and media sectors.

Previously, Jonathan was CEO of Fluid Mobility, which was named one of Canada’s “Top 22 Business Information Systems Startups” in 2021, where he played a key role in scaling the business and strengthening its market position. Before that, he led Quantum Entanglement Entertainment, a transmedia company producing video games, television series, and feature films, giving him deep expertise in cross-platform storytelling and production.

Jonathan has also held senior leadership roles at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), where he served as Deputy CFO and Head of Strategy. During his tenure, he was instrumental in shaping and executing the organization’s corporate digital strategy, as well as its News and Kids digital strategies—initiatives that were central to CBC’s digital transformation.

Earlier in his career, Jonathan was Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Metroland Media Group (a division of Torstar), where he helped drive the company’s transition to digital media and played a key role in over 70 mergers and acquisitions. He began his career in investment banking, specializing in mergers and acquisitions at leading global institutions including Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, and Citibank (formerly Salomon Smith Barney), where he completed transactions totaling more than $16 billion.

Jonathan trained as a CPA (CA) with KPMG in both the UK and Canada, building a strong foundation in financial management and strategy. He also holds an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Business.

With a diverse background across finance, media, digital transformation, and corporate strategy, Jonathan continues to make a significant impact across the organizations and industries he serves.

Jennifer Iwai: Executive Director | Producer

Jennifer’s inception into the industry was as an extremely efficient and collaborative producer. Her knowledge base and skill-sets in marketing, scheduling, casting and corporate sponsorships is what has excelled her as a prominent executive and producer. Her duties as an executive director are to design and slate the creation and development of new media projects.

Michael Sinnott: P.Eng | Technical Consultant

Mike Graduated from U of T with a BaSc in Electrical Engineering and is Licensed as a Registered Member of Professional Engineers Ontario. Mike works and consults for Ontario Hydro and it's successor company Ontario Power Generation as a Software Design Specialist and Senior Design Engineer. His responsibilities extend to the Design and development of software and systems for use in safety related digital control systems used in CANDU nuclear power plants. His contribution has awarded him the New Technology Award for Innovative Design.

Mike’s background overlaps many areas of the Fast Motion Studios curriculum stem based initiative and educational programs. His experience as a film and entertainment professional since 2001 has enhanced his expertise in devising various state of the art technological advantages both in video gaming as well as virtual and augmented reality based learning. His Passion and love of both Martial Arts and Music has awarded him top instructor level recognition from world renown instructor in both Karate and Kung Fu.

Mike is also recognized by the Royal Conservatory of Music for his Piano and Music Theory achievements.
